Lisa Gough
Director
Lisa Gough is a Director and co-founder of Clarion Consulting and leads a team of business and IT consultants, responsible for formulating and delivering an extensive suite of professional services to public and private sector clients.
Lisa has over 13 years experience, having worked both as a consultant and in-house. Lisa’s core skills include Programme & Project Management, Strategy Definition & Evaluation, Organisation Review & Design and Business Process Re-engineering.
She has recently worked on Strategy and Governance assignments in Eastern Health Shared Services, IIB Bank and Pepsi and on Project Management and Business Process Re-engineering assignments in Pepsi, Microsoft and Mid Western Health Board. Lisa has worked at Board level and middle management level within these organisations.
Project Management is a particularly strong area for Lisa and she has experience of a variety of Project Management Methodologies and Portfolio Project Management techniques. She has developed a full project lifecycle methodology for a large public sector body, which has since been adopted by several other public bodies and has provided significant training, mentoring and coaching services to Clarions customers.
Lisa has a BSc in Computer Applications from DCU and a certificate in psychology from NUI Maynooth. Lisa previously worked with Zomax and KPMG Management Consulting.
Having worked with Clarion as a consultant since 1998, Lisa co-authored the Clarion Project Management methodology and during this time, completed several high profile Y2K assignments in the high-tech sector.
Prior to Clarion Consulting, Lisa worked in Kao Infosystems (now trading as Zomax) where she held the position of Senior Business Systems Analyst, successfully managing the delivery of a major ERP implementation during her tenure.
Lisa spent over 4 years in the Management Consulting division of KPMG where she worked with a host of blue-chip ERP clients, primarily engaged in the manufacturing sector.
Lisa is a graduate of Dublin City University and a native of Dublin.
