Pat Millar

Managing Director
Pat Millar is the Managing Director and founder of Clarion Consulting, a leading Business and IT consulting company.  Pat leads a team of Business and IT professionals, dedicated to improving customers’ operational efficiency and obtaining competitive advantage through the re–engineering of business processes and the deployment of practical IT solutions.

Prior to founding Clarion Consulting, Pat worked for a number of large organisations in Ireland and Europe including Kao Infosystems (now trading as Zomax), KPMG and Dun and Bradstreet Software. Pat has over 20 years experience assisting customers in large projects across a range of industry sectors.  He has expertise in Project Management, Business and IT Strategy Definition, Business Process Re-engineering and Change Management. He is the co-author of the Clarion Project Management methodology, which is used by a growing number of organisations.

Pat also specialises in working at board level with a number of large public and private sector organisations assisting them in defining and implementing strategies to improve their organisational agility.

Pat is certified in Production and Inventory Management by APICS (American Production & Inventory Control Society) and holds an MBA. He is also a member of the Institute of Business Analysts and Consultants in Ireland.
