Lisa is a Director and co-founder of Clarion Consulting and leads a team of consultants responsible for formulating and delivering an extensive suite of professional services to public and private sector clients.
Although she doesn’t like to admit it, Lisa has more than 25 years’ experience, having worked both in industry and as a consultant. Her core skills are in Programme & Project Management, Enterprise Systems Specification & Selection and Strategy Definition. Lisa works comfortably at all levels within customer organisations from Board to front-line and believes that strong relationships and trust are key components to successful outcomes for customers.
With significant Enterprise Systems experience, Lisa has assisted many customers with the procurement and implementation of enterprise-wide systems to support their organisations. Having worked with both private and public sector customers, Lisa has provided support at all stages from the development of a business case through to detailed requirements gathering, tendering & selection, contract negotiation and subsequent project management of the system implementation.
Project Management is a particularly strong area for Lisa, and she has experience of a variety of project management methodologies and portfolio project management techniques. In addition to successfully delivering many projects for customers, Lisa has developed project management methodologies for a number of large organisations, combining elements of PMBOK and PRINCE II to develop tailored, practical solutions for customers. Lisa has also developed and delivered training, mentoring and coaching services to Clarion’s customers.
Prior to Clarion, Lisa worked as a Senior Business Analyst with Zomax and spent four years in the Management Consulting division of KPMG.
Lisa is a graduate of Dublin City University with a BSc in Computer Applications and a certificate in Psychology from Maynooth University. Lisa also completed a Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance with ACCA.
