Ronan is a Director of Clarion Consulting and has been a member of the senior management team since it’s foundation. Ronan’s responsibilities span all four Clarion Practice areas, from strategy to delivery. Working with a team of internal consultants and associates Ronan has successfully delivered assignments from Digital Strategy Design and Implementation through to System Implementation and Business Process Management.
Ronan’s experience includes both Public and Private sector organisations across sectors ranging from regulation, construction, technology and health and financial services.
Like all Clarion directors, Ronan operates at both director and delivery levels and has experience of operating in complex stakeholder environments. A pragmatic individual with a strong attention to detail, Ronan’s core skills are in programme and project management, business analysis and strategy definition, implementation and review.
Prior to joining Clarion, he held a number of management and consultant roles with KPMG Management Consulting and spent a number of years working with some of Ireland’s leading indigenous software companies.
Ronan is a graduate of the College of Commerce Rathmines (yes he is that old) and holds a Diploma in Sales Management (DIT) and Foundations of Management (Henley Management College).
Ronan is a past president of the Ireland Chapter of the Project Management Institute (elected 2-year term 2014 & 2015) and prior to holding the position held other leadership roles within the Chapter including Programmes and Outreach.
Ronan holds professional qualifications in project management (PMP Certified and PRINCE2 Practitioner) and change management (Prosci Change Management).
